Discover - Higo Houses
Where retreats become unforgettable
We understand what retreat hosts truly need, because our venues were designed with retreats in mind from the beginning: beautiful practice spaces, thoughtful room layouts, warm hospitality, and an atmosphere that encourages connection.
More than just venues, our houses are places where people reconnect with nature, creativity, and themselves.

General
What is Higo Houses?
Higo Houses operates characterful retreat venues for yoga, Pilates and off-sites across Europe. Our two homes are located near Siena in Tuscany and on Mallorca's northwest coast, surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains and the sea. Each retreat venue is hired exclusively, giving your group complete privacy throughout the stay. Dedicated local concierges support every house, while our management team provides advice and guidance before, during and after your retreat.
Which Higo House is right for my group?
Castello Higo and Finca Higo share the essential features needed for a successful retreat (pool, indoor shala, etc.), but each offers a completely different atmosphere. Castello Higo is ideal for larger groups that want to explore, enjoy Italian food, visit nearby towns or spend relaxing days by the pool overlooking Tuscany's rolling hills. Finca Higo is better suited to smaller groups seeking privacy and seclusion, with direct access to the sea.
What is included in the venue hire?
Your booking includes exclusive use of the entire venue, accommodation, equipment, access to the kitchen, exercise spaces, a media guide, and support from our local concierges. Private chefs, airport transfers and selected activities can also be arranged for an additional fee.
What support do you provide to retreat organisers?
We help with airport transfers, private chefs, local activities and practical recommendations. Before your arrival, we help you prepare for the retreat. During your stay, our local concierges welcome your group, introduce you to the house, and remain available for any questions or support.
Who is behind Higo Houses?
Higo Houses is made possible by a team of local concierges, private chefs, drivers, cleaning staff, and the management team, Jakob and Johannes. Together, we aim to create spaces where people can relax, open up, show vulnerability and experience meaningful transformation in beautiful natural surroundings, true to our motto: Arrive one way. Leave another.
How do booking, payment and cancellation work?
We keep the initial deposit relatively low, allowing organisers time to test demand while securing their preferred dates. All payments are non-refundable and follow this schedule: a €400 deposit is due upon booking, 30% of the total price is due 45 days after booking, a further 30% is due four months before the retreat, and the remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.
Can I visit a Higo House before booking?
Yes, visits are always welcome. With reasonable notice, we are happy to show you around, help you experience the atmosphere of the venue and allow you to create promotional content. Overnight stays during venue visits are not available.
